Tamara Hlava, resident, Human Resources Staff Carol Buss, resident, Educator, retired The Complete Streets Task Force is a city appointed committee attended by two city council members and participating residents of Laguna Beach. Since LagunaBeachCity.net would not give the committee space on the city server, the committee began the LagunaStreets Blog in order to post references, articles, agendas and minutes from the committee. Since LB city government is largely embarrassed by our recommendations, they dismissed the chair of CSTF in January. The Blog continues to provide a service to city residents, contributors are Tamara Hlava, Les Miklosy, Carol Buss, and anyone who offers information to post.
