A native Southern Californian and 20-year Rancho Santa Margarita resident, April Josephson is an attorney with a passion for animals. The serial entrepreneur started RSM's first local Internet service provider in 1996, and wrote the Web Crawler column for the short-lived South County Business Digest. Her volunteer activities include the RSM Historical Society, Economic Development and Community Development Block Grant committees, and the OC Animal Care Community Outreach committee.
