Raclette is described as cheese that has been heated over an open fire and peeled off in small strips. Potatoes and other items are served during this special evening. Wine is an important part of a fine meal and Basilic has a large selection of great wines that have been handpicked by the chef.</p> <p>This is an intimate restaurant and has limited seating so reservations are recommended.</p>
