Chef Edgar Agbayani creates delicious plates of intricately woven flavors, like Wagyu "Meat Loaf Shumai," Hawaiian Style Misoyaki Butterfish, and Parmesan and Dijon Crusted Chicken. Wine, beer and specialty cocktails like The Original Hawaiian Martini and the 1988 (a tribute to the year the chain first opened in Hawaii) are available, as is a three-course Prix Fixe menu. Private rooms are available for special occasions like rehearsal dinners and family dinners. A gluten-free menu is also offered.
