The Japanese side of the menu offers fresh local fish served in a variety of recipes such as fresh sashimi and sushi, sashimi salads and more than 70 different types of sushi rolls. The restaurant also makes udon, the Japanese soup with noodles. </p> <p>There is a small café to dine in, but most stop by or phone ahead for a take-out order. The restaurant also does catering for larger events and will deliver to your local home, hotel or yacht.</p>
