Usually this bank rates 4-5 stars...but yesterday I made a special trip to withdraw money from the ATM as the bank was closed. Little did I know that the bank was sponsoring a Chamber function and the parking lot was closed. Not only was the parking lot closed, but you had to fight your way in as they wanted you to pay for the function. Once I made it clear that I was there for a banking reason, not the Chamber function, I made my way to the ATM which had a sign reading "out of order". Well, I don't believe that it was "out of order" as one of the Chamber people told me that the bank staff had told her that the bank customers could go to any ATM in the area for transactions "if they needed the machine". This is not a way to treat customers, especially new customers like myself. Whoever put this machine "off-limits" should be fired.
