The aromas wafting from Garlic Jo's can literally be detected from blocks away. This location is the Japanese restaurant chain's only outpost in the U.S. The menu here is difficult to pin down, as it is Japanese at its core but also features fusion dishes that incorporate aspects of everything from Italian to American cooking.
