Benihana opened in 1964 and has since become the longest-running dinner show. The restaurant is a traditional Japanese hibachi steak house, which features the Japanese cooking method called "teppanyaki." Tender slices of meat, seafood and vegetables are expertly cut and cooked on a large frying grill by a performing chef while on-lookers can enjoy the show and the freshly cooked meal. The restaurant also features sashimi, hand rolls, specialty rolls and sushi entrees. Happy Hour runs Monday thru Thursday with discounted prices on hand rolls, cocktails, sake, wine and beer. There is ample parking on the lot for guests.
