In 1985, an old bookstore was dismantled and turned into a wholesale coffee roasting warehouse. It is a very popular spot with the locals.  The outdoor patio is semi hidden from the street, giving you privacy. Fresh hot coffee was available and served out of the side door. Soon, people gathered and got the munchies while drinking their cappuccino. So they added food; pastries, snacks and healthy sandwiches too. It got so popular they added full breakfast and lunch. One really cool thing is regulars keep their own coffee cups on a shelve, washed and ready when they come in.  It is a quaint local gathering place that offered great fresh coffee, good eats and good times.
