When Does School Start in Newport Beach?

Newport-Mesa Unified students return to the classrooms Sept. 4.

The summer clock is ticking and, in a few short weeks, school will be back in session throughout the Newport-Mesa Unified School District.

So if you're planning on heading out of town for an end of summer getaway, do it before September arrives. Students in the Newport-Mesa Unified School District (public schools) will head back to the classrooms on Tuesday, Sept. 4.

New student enrollment in the N-MUSD begins with address verification. Documentation must be provided in person by the parent/guardian at the office of Community Support and Services, 2045 Meyer Place - Bldg. D in Costa Mesa. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
