Good Tuesday morning surfers, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Corona del Mar Patch surf report. Well, it's looking like a great day for the groms!! Yep, there's very little swell activity in the water.
The conditions are starting off nice and clean or light offshore, with a pretty minimal dose of energy out there. We've got a mixture of mostly super small south southwest swell and barely any northwest energy in the water.
That recipe is offering some fast semi-walled lines, with a few workable corners. The small wave equipment is definitely a necessity today!! Most Newport Beach spots are seeing ankle-to knee-high waves, with the top south facing breaks pulling the occasional waist-high plus set.

Taking a look at the tides, at 10:37 a.m it climbs up to a 3.7 high and then drops to a 1.8 low at 3:30 p.m. If going to get wet, throw on that 4/3 and maybe the booties, with the water temp hanging between a cold 54 and 56 degrees. Good luck out there!!
