Photos: Newport Harbor Scores a Win Over Fountain Valley

Many thanks to Newport Harbor Aquatics for this submission! Newport Harbor defeated Fountain Valley Wednesday night with a 14-2 victory.

Newport Harbor remains undefeated in Sunset League play after a 14-2 win over Fountain Valley this week.

Sailors Mitchell Mendoza, Ryan Warde and KJ Kelly scored hat tricks in the game.  Curtis Fink and Henry McNamara added two goals and Dan Stevens added one.  Strong team defense complimented senior goalie Wyatt Muller's five saves.

Next up for the Tars is the Battle of the Bay against Corona del Mar on Saturday, Oct. 20 at Corona del Mar High School.
