Rotary Collecting School Supplies for Kids in Afghanistan
Paper, chalk, pencils and crayons will be distributed to children in Afghanistan by the 1st Battalion, 1st Marines from Newport Beach.
Children all over the world are getting ready to head back to school and some are still in need of the basics.
The Newport Beach Sunrise Rotary is asking for donations for children in Afghanistan that wil be passed out by members of the 1st Battalion, 1st Marines from Newport Beach. Anyone interested in donating paper, pencils, crayons and chalk should call 714-606-8384 or send an email to laura.dietz@yahoo.com.
