Dr. Andrew Weil and chef Michael Stebner, co-creators of the True Food Kitchen menu, will share the stage at this cooking demo and presentation. Reservations and prepayment required. Weil will speak about veganism and vegetarianism. Stebner will present food and drink that will be served buffet-style.
