Pelican Hill Resort’s Chef’s Spring Culinary Academy

Chef’s Spring Culinary Academy: Pelican Hill invites food enthusiasts and aspiring cooks to spend a relaxing Sunday exploring the flavors of spring, as one of the Resort’s chefs leads a hands-on course paired with wines. Each class in the series features a distinct menu, as follows:

 

  • April 3 – Cooking with the Master: A Four-Course Menu Featuring Locally Grown Irvine Ranch Ingredients, with Executive Chef Jean-Pierre Dubray
  • April 10 – The Traditional Flavors of Piedmont, with Andrea Chef Luca Cesarini
  • April 17 – Easter Dining: A Family-Style Lunch, with Executive Chef Jean-Pierre Dubray
  • May 1 – The Tastes of Spring in Southern California, with Pelican Grill Chef Chang Sivilay
  • May 15 – A Culinary Journey from Parma to Firenze, with Andrea Chef Luca Cesarini
  • May 22 – Summer’s Best All-American Grilling, with Pelican Grill Chef Chang Sivilay
  • June 5 – The Gourmet Crystal Cove Beach Picnic, with Pelican Grill Chef Chang Sivilay
  • June 12 – La Festa del Papá: A Father’s Day Italian Feast, with Andrea Chef Luca Cesarini

The Culinary Academy takes place Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in a luxurious Villa kitchen. Space is limited and reservations are required by calling 800.820.6800. ($175 per person with wine pairings; pricing excludes tax and gratuity)
