Our first session will feature WING LAM, FOUNDER OF WAHOO'S FISH TACOS.

The Wahoo's story begins in 1988, when the three Wahoo's brothers, Wing, Ed and Mingo, combined their love of surf and food to create a restaurant with an eclectic Mexican/Brazilian/Asian menu and a Hawaiian north-shore vibe.Wing Lam will talk about his journey as a young man from Brazil who became a highly successful entrepreneur founding Wahoo's Fish Taco (60 locations in 4 states) with his two brothers. Today Wing teaches at Concordia bringing real experience to the classroom. His goal is to help students dive deep using networks and assets in the real world. CEOs from relevant companies are often invited to interact with Wing's students. The Wahoo's brothers have lived the American Dream.
