An Oakland man on parole for pimping in Orange County was sentenced today to seven years in state prison for attempted human trafficking and pimping.
Eric Dejuan McMillian, 33, allegedly bragged about his pimping to an undercover Anaheim police officer -- whom he believed to be a 17-year-old girl - - while on parole from a 2012 pimping case in Orange County, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office.
He is accused of befriending the undercover officer on Facebook and persuading the "girl" to work for him as a prostitute, according to Deputy District Attorney Daniel Varon of the county's Human Trafficking Task Force.

McMillian told the "girl" to travel from Orange County to Oakland to continue working for him, all the while bragging about his pimping activities on Facebook and Twitter, Varon said.
He was arrested in October 2013 and he pleaded guilty to the two felony counts in May.
