Suspect Removes Glass Panes to Break Into Home

Cash and a Rolex watch were stolen from a home on Yorktown in Newport Beach, according to police.

A suspect entered a Newport Beach home after removing glass panes, police reported.

The home burglary took place between Saturday, Aug. 14 at noon and Tuesday, Aug. 17 at 5 p.m., at a home in the 100 block of Yorktown, police reported. According to police, the suspect removed glass panes from a louvered window and climbed into the house.

Cash and a Rolex watch were stolen, according top police.
