Police Suspect Two Men of Smoking Heroin in Chuck E. Cheese Bathroom

Costa Mesa police got a tip that that two males were possibly using drugs in the men's bathroom.

Police arrested two men suspected of smoking heroin in a bathroom at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Costa Mesa, it was announced today.

Collin P. Zborowski, 28, and Daniel A. Lubach, 27, both of Costa Mesa, were arrested around 7:05 p.m. Tuesday after officers sent to the restaurant at 2300 Harbor Blvd. to investigate a report that two males were possibly using drugs in the men's bathroom, found the suspects together in a stall, said Costa Mesa police Lt. Greg Scott.

"Both males were observed in the process of smoking heroin," Scott said, adding that drug paraphernalia and a small amount of heroin was seized.

Zborowski was arrested on suspicion of drug possession, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors, Scott said. He was booked into the Orange County Jail in Santa Ana, where he was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail, Scott said.

Lubach was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and was released on a written promise to appear in court, Scott said.
