Gusts of up to 30 mph are still possible this morning, forecasters say.

The winds have significantly decreased this morning, the weather service said, and will continue to weaken throughout the today. Local gusts up to 30 mph may be possible through the morning hours.

Meanwhile, tens of thousands of Los Angeles County residents are without power as a result of the wind storm.  "Nobody in our department has ever seen such widespread damage.
