Newport Coast Man Arrested for Peeping

A Newport Coast man was arrested for allegedly peeping into a home in Costa Mesa, the Daily Pilot reported.

The man, whose name was not released, was arrested Christmas night on suspicion of peeping into a home located in the 1800 block of Parkcrest Drive near Talbert Regional Park, the newspaper reported. The incident began around 8:30 p.m. when a woman saw a man jump over a fence and into her backyard.

Costa Mesa police officers responded and arrested the man who was in front  of a nearby home when they arrived.
