Regragui, is charged with 23 felony counts stemming from allegations of sexual assault between March 2005 and November 2011, according to a criminal complaint. As it stands Regragui is now facing four counts of forcible rape, three counts of sodomy by force, three counts of forcible oral copulation, four counts of sexual penetration by foreign object by force, four counts of rape by use of drugs, one count of attempted rape, one count of burglary, two counts of oral copulation of unconscious person and one count of sexual penetration by foreign object by force of unconscious person.

In January 2012, Regragui pleaded not guilty to seven felony charges. On Oct. 15 prosecutors filed 16 more charges, the D.A.'s office reported. Prosecutors say Regragui met one of his victims at a party at his house in May 2010. Regragui allegedly gave the woman drugs. The woman told authorities she woke up naked with the defendant sexually assaulting her with his fingers and a Gatorade bottle.

A 21-year-old woman told investigators she asked to buy Xanax from Regragui while the two were at a Newport Beach bar in June 2011, according to Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Walker. Regragui said he had some at his home, so he took her there and convinced her to try GHB, which he poured into a Gatorade bottle cap, Walker alleged.

The woman got sick and vomited, and when she woke up, Regragui allegedly raped her and forced her to perform oral sex on him. The woman did not report the alleged attack to authorities until after she saw Regragui again Nov. 26 at the same bar, prosecutors said.

The woman, who tried to avoid Regargui at the bar, said she was having a drink with a friend when she blacked out. The woman alleges when she woke up, she was at Regragui's home in someone else's lingerie, with her hands bound.

Regragui remains held behind bars without bail. He will return to court on Dec. 7 for a pre-trial hearing.
