Man Stabbed During 20-Person Brawl at Santa Ana House Party

A 21-year-old man was stabbed in his upper torso, as at least 20 other people were fighting at a Santa Ana house party Saturday, a police sergeant said.

The 21-year-old man refused medical treatment and his alleged attacker was arrested after he returned to the party following the stabbing, said Santa Ana police Sgt. Jason Viramontes.

Viramontes said he had no suspect description or any further suspect information. The knife was recovered at the scene.

Police had been dispatched to a home in the 1700 block of West Lingan Lane about 12:15 a.m. on a report of a loud party and possible fight, the police sergeant said.
