A Newport Beach man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly shooting at a house after an altercation with a group of people, police reported.
Matthew Allen Boyd, 23, was taken into custody for shooting at an inhabited dwelling, according to police spokeswoman Jennifer Manzella. The incident happened on Sunday about 2:22 a.m. at a home on Seashore Drive.
No injuries were reported.
