DUI Checkpoint Set for Tonight

There will be a sobriety checkpoint tonight into early Saturday morning on northbound Dover Drive at 16th Street, according to the Police Department.

The checkpoint will be held from 9 p.m. tonight to 3 a.m. Saturday.

Officers will give drivers who go through the checkpoint an informational pamphlet about driving under the influence. In addition to looking for drunk drivers, officers will check drivers licenses to ensure they are valid.
