Burglar Uses Hidden Key to Enter Newport Home

The home burglary was reported on Dover Drive in Newport Beach, police reported.

A home in Newport Beach was recently burglarized when a suspect used a hidden key to get inside, police reported.

The burglary took place on Thursday, Aug. 22 between noon and 4:30 p.m. at a home in the 700 block of Dover Drive, Newport Beach police reported. A pillowcase, key and two cameras were reported stolen.

No other information was immediately available.
