Home Under Construction Burglarized

Two air compressors and a radio charger were stolen from a home on Drakes Bay in Newport Beach.

A home under construction in Newport Beach was recently burglarized, police reported.

The burglary took place sometime between Dec. 6 at 4 p.m. and Dec. 9 at 6:30 a.m., at a home on Drakes Bay. According to police, a suspect entered the fenced off home by lifting a fence off the post. Once inside the suspect entered the home through an unlocked front door, kicked open a locked interior garage door, cut a cable lock and stole two air compressors and a radio charger from the garage.

No other information was available.
