Police searched early Wednesday for the driver of a reportedly stolen vehicle who fled during a vehicle stop, but the suspect was not found, police said.

The incident took place about midnight when Huntington Beach police made a vehicle stop of a reportedly stolen vehicle at Prospect Street and West Coast Highway and the driver fled the scene on foot.
