616 Orchid just closed, representing the highest sale on the north side of the Corona del Mar Village for 2011.

This brand new construction was recently completed and sits on a standard 3,540 lot, has 4bd/4bth in 3,400 Sq.Ft., and a large rooftop deck with expansive views from Pelican Hill golf club down to the water.  The open floor plan, high ceilings, and designer furnishings helped the property sale in only 48 days. 

616 Orchid was purchased for $2,150,000 and showed that buyers will pay top dollar for quality, well priced properties.  This $2 million sale is also significant to the overall market in the Village in the midst of the recent decrease in new construction from developers. 

To have a great closing like 616 Orchid during what is typically a slower time of the year is hopefully a sign of a very productive 2012.
