This connection is apparent in Newport’s pet store owners. Private business persons choosing to profit solely of which is legally proven in federal court,“ Inhumane Industry”, and is viewed as such by the entire nation. USDA Puppy Mill Dogs sold by Newport Beach's Russo’s and I Heart Puppies victimize families and their children by selling them under false claims and fraud. The two owners then visited this breeder in Nebraska, befriended a cold blooded canine murderer, then returned to CDM promoting her puppy mill as, “ Among the Best in the country, they handpicked and know personally.” Federal cruelty and canine murder is meaningless to I Heart Puppies.
