Health Net Cancels all 2013 Policy Holders (even Grandfather plans)!

Nearly one million health insurance policyholders in California could have their plans cancelled as the Affordable Care Act takes effect, according to a Covered California top Executive.

Here are the latest numbers: **Anthem has yet to announce if they will be cancelling all members**

  • Blue Shield of California, which has sent 119,000 cancellation notices;
  • Kaiser Permanente, which has sent 160,000 cancellation notices
  • Health Net, which sent 76,000 cancellation notices.
Peter Lee, executive director of Covered California, says that as many as 900,000 state residents could be forced to switch plans under the ACA.

If you are one of the folks who makes over $100,000 annually and will not qualify for any Obamacare plans and don't want any "Exchange" plans aka. Covered California plans as of today I have Insurance Companies that are introducing plans that will be available "outside" of Covered California!  Contact me here in Newport Beach at 949 706 1209 or ppohmo@aol.com
