Palm Sunday Church Services in Newport Beach!

Palm Sunday - April 1, 7:30, 9 and 11 am

What Happened Before Easter?
Palm Sunday is the Sunday before Easter.  Palm Sunday marks the day of Jesus' trimumphal entry into Jersualem and is also the first day of Holy Week.

At St. James our Palm Sunday service begins outdoors in our courtyard.  Everyone — from adults to children — receive a small palm leaf and then enters the church to begin the service.

This is a beautiful and engaging time to attend a worship service — especially if you're new to the area or looking for a church to visit.

Children are excited because it's a new way to experience church and they are immediately engaged.  Adults fall in love with our superb music program and beautiful liturgy.
