Lido Theatre Presents Special Premier of Surf Film “Chasing Mavericks” to raise funds for charity

Boys Hope Girls Hope of Southern California is an Orange County based,
non-profit 501 (c) (3) program that helps academically capable yet
disadvantaged children pursue their dreams of higher education.  As an
academic and residential program, six boys and six girls are cared for
year-round in two designated homes.  These young scholars are given
H.O.P.E. – homes, opportunities, parenting and education –a stable
learning environment, access to competitive schools, healthy living,
tutoring and counseling services, amongst other crucial needs.

Since
BHGH first opened its doors in 1991, 100% of program graduates have
completed high school and have entered into higher education. With your
support, by attending this movie night, you will help the program
continue providing a safe, fun, loving and learning-filled environment
for Boys Hope Girls Hope scholars.
