Indian Summer of Rum - Master Mixology Lesson at The St. Regis Monarch Beach

Locals and guests of The St. Regis Monarch Beach know that September is one of the best months of the summer! Come celebrate Indian Summer with a master mixology lesson featuring rum at The St. Regis Lobby Lounge on Wednesday, September 25 from 6:30-8:30pm. The master mixologist will show guests how to create delicious, hand-crafted rum cocktails using Zaya, Montanya and Rhum Clement rums. There will be an opportunity for guests to interact with mixologists and make their own culinary cocktails.  The experience is priced at just $45 per person, and includes the mixology experience and lesson, as well as live music, delicious drinks and light bites prepared by Executive Chef Raj Dixit from Michael Mina’s Stonehill Tavern at The St. Regis Monarch Beach.
