Fleming's Newport Beach Introduces Its New "Taste the Season" Menu For Summer

Fleming’s Newport Beach presents its summer Taste of Season,
featuring innovative culinary choices until August 31st. For just $40.95 per
person, the two-course prix fixe menu includes chili
lime prawns with ancho pepper sauce followed by a "surf and turf"
filet mignon with warm rosemary and goat cheese mousse, paired with
pecan-crusted Scottish salmon with Dijon mustard tarragon sauce, served with
seasonal asparagus. Additional a la carte offerings include tender summer
squash with French green beans sautéed in white wine sauce. Desserts feature a
decadent chocolate cake, chocolate ice cream and Chantilly cream. For
