13th Annual Sand Sculpture Dedication and Tree Lighting Ceremony

You’re invited to the 13th Annual Sand Sculpture Dedication
and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, December 1st, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
at the five-star, five-diamond St. Regis Monarch Beach. The talented Misty
May-Treanor, three-time Olympic gold medalist and native of Long Beach,
California, will be this year’s special guest as the mistress of ceremonies. Proceeds
collected during this iconic event will benefit an organization dear to Misty
May Treanor - the Heart of a Marine Foundation, which provides comfort,
support, assistance, and resources to members and veterans of the United States
Armed Forces. The whole family will enjoy the breathtaking 8-ton sand sculpture
depicting a beach-holiday theme created each year in the resort’s lobby,
visiting with Santa, holiday entertainment, and exclusive St. Regis prizes! As
per tradition, one child will be chosen to help flip the light switch of the
beautiful St. Regis Monarch Beach Christmas tree, while families enjoy cookies
and festive drinks as the holiday season is brought to life. This wonderful
event is complimentary and open to the public.
