Newport Beach Resident Crowned Miss California USA
Natalie Ann Pack, 22, is an intern at Hoag Hospital.
A 22-year-old Newport Beach resident and Hoag Hospital intern walked away with the title of Miss California USA 2012 on Sunday at a pageant held in Palm Desert.
Pack competed as "Miss Hoag Hospital" against 278 other women. Born in Palos Verdes, Pack is a junior at UC Irvine and plans to attend medical school.
Pack told KCAL 9 she was shocked when she realized she won: "I was like, 'Oh my gosh, I won!' "
