The sale of the $25 million mansion on 43 Linda Isle is being managed by Surterre Properties. The 8,000-square-foot estate has five bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and a dock with enough space to accomodate a 130-foot yacht plus a smaller vessel.

The interior is decked out with a slew of features including Venetian Palazzo-inspired details like travertine marble, a master suite that overlooks Newport Harbor and has a stone fireplace, two kitchens which include a butler's pantry and service entrance, formal living and dining salons, executive study, laundry room, a three-car garage and more.
