Tamarind’s Easter menu, specially designed by 10-time Michelin rated chef Alfred Prasad, features an Indian interpretation of traditional brunch favorites including:
- Dosa: the Indian version of a light and fluffy Crêpe($9)
- Eggs Benedict with lamb sausage, naan and cilantro hollandaise($12)
- Masala omelet infused with traditional Indian spices ($10)
- Naan stuffed with coconut and raisins ($7)
- Lassi: a savory, yogurt-based drink favorite of India ($4)

Fleming's, 455 Newport Center Drive
Join Fleming’s for a three-course Easter Brunch on Sunday, March 31 from 11:30 am to 3 pm. Enjoy classic brunch favorites at $36.95 per adult and $17.95 for children under 12. In addition, each party will receive a $25 dining card valid for a future visit. Start with a choice of lobster bisque, modern Caesar or fresh seasonal fruits; followed by a choice of entrée including prime rib with a trio of sauces or baked brioche French toast with a walnut crisp and much more. Finish with a choice of dessert including the classic white chocolate bread pudding.

Coliseum Pool & Grill at Pelican Hill, 22701 Pelican Hill Rd. S
A breakfast buffet will be available from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $50.00.
Easter at Andrea, 22701 Pelican Hill Rd. S
In addition to award-winning traditional Northern Italian cuisine and fine wines, a traditional Easter cuisine with a prix fixe lunch menu will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $110, and a la carte Easter dinner specials beginning at 5 p.m.
Easter at the Bungalow, 2441 E. Coast Hwy, Corona del Mar
Easter Sunday Dinner will be served at the Bungalow on Sunday, from 4 to 9 p.m. Three courses including Honey Baked Ham, Blackened King Salmon and Prime Rib will be on the menu for $34.95. For reservations, call 949-673-6585.
Balboa Bay Resort, 1221 Coast Highway
Champagne Brunch in the Grand Ballroom at the Balboa Bay Resort will be held Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Easter Brunch includes savory temptations from a carving station, light salads, breads and pastries, and desserts. For your listening pleasure, there will also be entertainment from the Mark Le Brun Trio. Includes complimentary champagne and mimosas. Adults $77, Kids 4-12 $38.50. The Easter Bunny is available for photos in his spring garden at Fashion Island on the Atrium Lawn through Saturday, March 30, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
