Anyone who donates blood or platelets this month at Hoag Hospital will be entered to win a free massage from Spa Gregories Day Spa.

Hoag Hospital is partnering with Spa Gregories Day Spa & Salon to give a blood/platelet donor a free 30 minute massage and plush robe. The winner will be announced on August 1. To make an appointment to donate, please call 949-764-5621, or email donateblood@hoag.org. Donations are being accepted at Hoag Health Center, 510 Superior Ave., Suite 130.
The American Red Cross reports every two seconds someone in the United States needs blood, but only five percent of the eligible population donates blood each year. The blood type most often needed is Type O. The American Red Cross reports one donation can save up to three lives.
