The Resort at Pelican Hill Resort Achieves AAA Accolade

For the fourth year in a row, Newport Beach's Resort at Pelican Hill earns the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award.

The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach has received the AAA Five Diamond Award for the fourth year in a row, a company official announced today.

AAA evaluates about 58,000 properties annually in categories such as cleanliness, condition, staff and guest services. Properties are ranked on a scale of one to five diamonds. About one quarter of 1 percent of those evaluated earn the Five Diamond distinction, officials said. The AAA Diamonds indicate overall quality, range of facilities and level of services offered by the property.

“Pelican Hill’s consistent top ratings by respected organizations like AAA re-affirm our commitment to this vision and our team’s collective passion for hospitality at its finest,” Giuseppe Lama, the resort's managing director, said.
