Pacific Whey Cafe was briefly closed by the county health department recently after two restrooms were found inoperable.
A health inspector said a sewage system backup was causing toilets in both restrooms to overflow on Aug. 24.
The restraunt was briefly closed, but allowed to reopen the same day following another inspection.
No other violations were noted during the Aug. 24 inspection.
