Lemonade Now Open at Fashion Island

Lemonade features fresh lemonade, salads, sandwiches, soups, desserts and more in a fast, modern cafeteria setting at Fashion Island.

A new eatery offering shoppers and patrons a quick lunch or a grab and go dinner is now opened at Fashion Island.
Lemonade, the Los Angeles-based fast-casual modern cafeteria-style eatery, opened its first Orange County location earlier this month. Alan Jackson, chef and founder, said Lemonade is a blend of  the southern California "spirit of culinary adventure," the freshest seasonal ingredients and familiar dishes with innovative twists.

“I like to think of Lemonade as a choose-your-own-adventure for lunch or dinner,” Jackson said. “A delicious and healthy change of pace, Lemonade marries quality and convenience."

Lemonade serves up fresh varieties of lemonade, about 20 marketplace salads, slow-cooked braises, artisan sandwiches, soups and desserts. Lemonade officials  said its wood burning oven for roasting vegetables and flatbreads and a rotisserie for preparing whole roast rib-eye, leg of lamb and chicken is unique to OC.

“After a long search for the ideal location in Orange County, we believe Fashion Island is a perfect fit," Ian Olsen, chief operating officer at Lemonade, said. "We are excited to bring our relaxed L.A. approach of contemporary California cuisine to the on-the-go shoppers or patrons catching a movie at Fashion Island.”

Lemonade’s new Fashion Island location is located next to the Fashion Island movie theater.

Lemonade has 11 other  Southern California locations, including Downtown LA, Manhattan Beach, Pasadena.
