News Brief: Luxury Bedding Store Moving to South Coast Plaza
Between the Sheets is moving its bedrooms from Fashion Island to a bigger home.
It has called Fashion Island home for more than 20 years, but at the end of June, Between the Sheets Inc. will pack up and move to Costa Mesa.
The luxury bedding store, which has been at Fashion Island since 1990, will relocate to the second level of South Coast Plaza's Crystal Court. The grand opening is scheduled for July 1. The Irvine Co., which owns and manages Fashion Island, issued a farewell for its longtime tenant: "We wish Between the Sheets much success in their future endeavors."
Between the Sheets will move to the space currently occupied by Villeroy & Boch, which will move to the first-level site where Yves Delorme used to be. Between the Sheets is well known as the go-to place for high-end luxurious bedding and bath accessories. It specializes in high-thread- count sheets from Italy.
