Join the co-executive chefs, Salvatore Ferrara and Gino Buonanoce, of Antonello Ristorante for a cooking demo at Bloomingdales in South Coast Plaza on Saturday, February 26 at 1 p.m. They will be showing cuisine that has helped to position them as Orange County's best Italian restaurant.
Ferrara is a graduate of California Culinary Academy and served under the tutelage of former Antonello chef Franco Barone. Buonanoce attended culinary school in his hometown of Bari Puglia Italy and has honed his craft during his years at New York’s Parma Ristorante.
