I don't know what you're smoking, everyone I've talk to and read comments from who are not sock puppets agree with my experience. Burr White did all of the 10 WORST things you DON'T a realtor to do. First they aggrandize the good and ignore the out of code and unacceptable bad aspects of a property. Once you sign and they get your money, you're had. They talk a lot and do little. They avoid requests for what they promised, are slow to do maintenance and just show up whenever it suits them to inspect or fix things requested long ago with a single call. Burr White is bad news.
