New Eatery Opens at Central Library
Bistro 24 Express brings a diverse menu in a convenient atmosphere to city employees, professionals at local businesses centers, library patrons and community members.
A new eatery officially opened Monday at the Newport Beach Civic Center, conveniently located inside the Central Library.
Bistro 24 Express, owned by 24 carrots Catering and Events, was created to provide a "convenient restaurant" for city employees, local professionals from nearby business complexes and Fashion Island, community members and library patrons to gather and grab a bite to eat, officials reported.
"We are proud to be partners with the city of Newport Beach in bringing fantastic food and a high level of service," Jon Brown, co-owner of 24 carrots, said. "We seem to be the perfect match in that we both offer the very best to an excellent community."
Bistro 24's menu includes breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit, pastries, flatbread pizzas, hot meals, Kean Coffee drinks and more.

Bistro 24 Express is located upstairs in the Newport Beach Central Library, 1000 Avocado Ave.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 7 a.m.-8 p.m., Friday: 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday: noon- 4 p.m.
