The owner of a lost dog in Newport Beach is offering a reward to anyone who helps find Binky, according to the Desperate Paws of Orange County Dog Club's Facebook page.
Binky ran away from her foster home on Broad Street in Newport Beach on Wednesday and has not been seen since. She is black and tan, was wearing a collar and tags and is micro-chipped.
