The Spa at Pelican Hill Resort

We all love our kids, but sometimes we just need a day to be pampered. If you're needing some rejuvenation, the Spa at Pelican Hill Resort has something great for you—and your children too.

It's called a Daycation, and it's delightful. Imagine this: You’re off in the spa, using the state-of-the-art fitness center, toasting with a glass of Italian wine, nibbling from a beautiful display of salads, sandwiches and dessert and enjoying a 50-minute treatment. So where are the kids? They will be entertained too, at Camp Pelican, where they will receive the same royal treatment, complete with endless pizza, pasta, gelatos, hands-on activities and more.

Kasia Mays, the spa's development director, said the Daycations are a great, quick way to unwind.

“The Spa offers wonderful weekday values for parents to just relax," Mays said.    "The Spa has the Acqua Colonnade, which has Roman soak tubs, herbal steam rooms and nice, warm saunas. ”

Daycations are available Monday-Thursday, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The cost for moms is $100 and $50 for kids, ages 4 through 12.
