Teachers who need a little pick-me-up at the end of the school day can get a free cup of coffee or tea this week at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. through Friday, teachers can get a free 12-ounce cup of OC Blend coffee or 16-ounce cup of Sunshine tea at 24 locations in Orange County, including stores in and . Teachers must show their teacher's ID to get the free beverage.
“With the summer rapidly approaching and the long school year wrapping up, it is a great time to thank teachers, the heroes of our local schools, and celebrate the difference they make every day,” Mel Elias, Chief Executive Officer and President of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, said in a release.
“Teachers are some of the hardest working individuals in our community. Honoring them with the OC Blend is a perfect way to say ‘thank you.’ We created the OC Blend as a homegrown, heartfelt and direct way that we, as a company, can give back to the Orange County neighborhoods that our stores serve through a variety of local activities throughout the year.”
